REGOLAMENTO DEL COLLETTIVO (seguono e sono linkate Cookie & Privacy Policy)

Welcome to Mostrami!

Siamo abbastanza informali ma un po’ di regole servono per la corretta gestione del collettivo! Ormai siete tantissimi ed è bene che ognuno conosca le caratteristiche della collaborazione.

PUNTO 1 – Regolamento Mostrami

Gli Organizzatori (Mostrami Srl IS e partner per specifici progetti) non assumono alcun obbligo di dare seguito alle richieste di partecipazione pervenute dagli Artisti.

Gli Artisti interessati alla partecipazione dovranno compilare il form nell’apposita sezione “Iscriviti” o “Iscriviti su Mostrami” o “Registrati” o in sezione analoga per i singoli progetti.

Gli Organizzatori, a proprio insindacabile giudizio, selezioneranno le opere più adatte (per tipologia, contenuti, stili ecc.) all’iniziativa/manifestazione/progetto Mostrami: gli Artisti selezionati riceveranno una comunicazione contenente il placet degli Organizzatori all’inserimento/esposizione delle opere sul Sito Web o per un determinato progetto.

Soltanto in prossimità delle date fissate per una mostra/manifestazione, gli Organizzatori daranno comunicazione agli Artisti delle opere selezionate per l’esposizione fisica durante una manifestazione/mostra/evento/progetto.

Mostrami è un progetto sociale: per quasi tutti gli eventi o progetti devolviamo una percentuale degli incassi ad una causa benefica che verrà comunicata di volta in volta ancora prima dell’inizio della manifestazione/progetto. Durante l’esposizione, le opere ospitate potranno (a scelta dell’Artista) essere opzionate per poi essere vendute; gli Artisti si impegnano a devolvere a Mostrami o ad istituto/organizzazione di beneficenza partner (che verrà segnalato in prossimità della data dell’evento/progetto specifico) fino al 50% lordo dell’introito derivante dalle vendite originate dalle suddette opzioni di acquisto. La commissione percentuale viene fissata e comunicata di volta in volta in base ai singoli progetti.

Gli Organizzatori possono determinare in qualsiasi momento l’esclusione di un Artista a fronte di comportamenti di quest’ultimo ritenuti non conformi rispetto allo spirito del progetto/manifestazione.

 

PUNTO 2 – Dichiarazione di liberatoria

L’artista che propone la propria candidatura attraverso il form suddetto o si candida per un’iniziativa di Mostrami, aderisce all’iniziativa/manifestazione denominata “Mostrami”, organizzata dalla Società Mostrami Srl Impresa Sociale (P.IVA. 08721110966) e/o da partner della stessa specificatamente indicati per i singoli progetti.

A tali fini:

ACCONSENTE a che vengano esposte in pubblico, mediante sito web o altre risorse digitali  durante esposizioni promozionali, nell’ambito delle manifestazioni summenzionate, le opere artistiche di mia creazione.

In tale ottica:

AUTORIZZA  Mostrami Srl IS e/o i suoi partner organizzativi e commerciali suddetti alla riproduzione, alla diffusione ed alla divulgazione delle opere di propria creazione (in tutto e/o in parte e/o in affiancamento alle opere di altri Artisti anche loro partecipanti alla manifestazione, nonché in combinazione e rielaborazione con queste ultime) anche per il tramite dell’Internet ed a fini promo-pubblicitari. Stanti i rischi connessi alla diffusione ed alla divulgazione delle opere tramite il World Wide Web – attese comunque le esigenze promozionali dell’evento/progetto di cui dichiara di essere perfettamente consapevole – rinuncia sin da quel momento ad ogni pretesa e/o azione legale in rivalsa nei confronti dell’organizzatore e dei suoi partner organizzativi e commerciali per qualsivoglia attività illegittima ed usurpativa eventualmente perpetrata da terzi.

Consapevole delle opportunità di visibilità connesse e derivanti dalla manifestazione, RINUNCIA espressamente ad ogni forma di corrispettivo e/o compenso per lo sfruttamento economico delle opere e dei diritti ad esse connessi operati da Mostrami Srl IS e/o dai suoi partner organizzativi e commerciali nell’ambito della manifestazioni suddette (a mero titolo esemplificativo, si indica – fra le possibili modalità di sfruttamento – la riproduzione e quindi l’eventuale inserimento delle opere degli artisti nei cataloghi della manifestazione ed in qualsivoglia materiale promo-pubblicitario correlato alla manifestazione stessa).

DICHIARA e garantisce di essere maggiorenne e di essere in possesso della piena capacità giuridica ai fini della sottoscrizione della presente dichiarazione/regolamento.

 

PUNTO 3 – Dichiarazione di paternità delle opere

L’artista che compila il form suddetto dichiara di essere l’unico ed il solo autore dell’opera/delle opere da se presentate/candidate al progetto Mostrami.

Per l’effetto di legge, dichiara di essere l’unico ed il solo titolare dei diritti di paternità sull’opera/e, nonché dei diritti di sfruttamento economico e degli altri diritti ad essa connessi.

Con ciò, garantisce che l’opera/e (ed il uso utilizzo) non implica qualsivoglia sfruttamento abusivo di diritti di terzi e/o usurpazione di opere e/o creazioni altrui.

Ne discende che l’artista si impegna a tenere indenne l’organizzatore (Mostrami Srl IS e/o partner) del progetto denominato “Mostrami” ed i suoi partner organizzativi e commerciali da qualsivoglia pretesa ed eventuale azione legale proveniente da terzi per le ragioni di cui sopra.

Infine, dichiara di essere maggiorenne e di essere in possesso della piena capacità giuridica ai fini della sottoscrizione della presente dichiarazione.

 

PUNTO 4 – Conservazione e gestione dei dati personali

Mostrami Srl IS e/o partner coordinatori della progettualità denominata “Mostrami”, ai sensi e per gli effetti del D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196 e del Reg. UE n. 679 del 27 aprile 2016, Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati, “GDPR” e ss.mm.ii., comunica ai propri utenti che tutti i dati personali dagli stessi forniti al momento del completamento del formdi iscrizione, saranno gestiti in modo da garantire la massima privacy e sicurezza.

L’utente può apportare in qualsiasi momento modifiche alle informazioni rilasciate nonché cancellarle del tutto comunicandone la richiesta via mail all’indirizzo info @ mostra-mi.it; ne dovrà ricevere una conferma per iscritto.

Mostrami Srl IS e/o partner comunicano periodicamente con i propri utenti via email (e altri supporti digitali) per informarli di novità, eventi, promozioni, servizi richiesti, inviare informazioni riguardanti importanti modifiche di prodotti o servizi e inviare avvisi e altre comunicazioni richieste per legge. L’utente può scegliere se ricevere o meno alcune di queste comunicazioni durante la registrazione modificando le preferenze nel form da compilare.

Mostrami Srl IS garantisce che le informazioni trattate, con sistemi informatizzati e cartacei, non verranno mai cedute a società terze (eccezion fatta per i suoi partner organizzativi e commerciali in occasione dei progetti, mostre, eventi, manifestazioni ad essa collegate) che potrebbero utilizzarle per azioni promozionali non gradite. Le sole società esterne che potrebbero essere coinvolte sono quelle connesse alla normale gestione e conclusione delle operazioni organizzative e delle transazioni commerciali.
