The young emerging artist Mirko Ottolina was born in 1993 in the province of Milan. Since childhood, he has always shown great passion and propensity for artistic activities.
Growing up, he became passionate about realistic painting from which he draws inspiration for his works. After completing the studies at the artistic high school he enrolled in the Sculpture course of the Accademia of Fine Arts of Brera. His sculptures are inspired by the surrounding world and through numerous studies the reality is changed and molded.
The main features of his works are: the very strong and impressive approach of bright colors, the dynamism of the figures and the fragmentation/decomposition of reality. The last one highlights the different conceptions that each of us has about reality: it does not exist an absolute objectivity and unique truth, but the real reality is concealed in the various individual aptitudes.
Il giovane artista emergente Mirko Ottolina nasce nel 1993 in provincia di Milano.
Fin da piccolo ha sempre dimostrato grande passione e propensione per le attività artistiche.
Crescendo si è appassionato alla pittura realistica dalla quale trae ispirazione per le sue opere pittoriche. Conclusi gli studi del Liceo Artistico si è iscritto al corso di Scultura dell’Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera. Le sue sculture sono ispirate dal mondo circostante e attraverso numerosi studi la realtà viene modificata e plasmata.
Le principali caratteristiche delle sue opere sono: l’accostamento molto forte e d’impatto di colori accesi, il dinamismo delle figure e la frammentazione/scomposizione della realtà. Quest’ultima mette in evidenza la diversa concezione che ognuno di noi ha riguardo la realtà, concentrando l’attenzione su particolari a cui non si presta molta attenzione: essa non sussiste come obiettività assoluta e verità unica, ma il vero, il reale, è celato nelle diverse consapevolezze individuali.
